No. You don't need to be in severe distress or have a "big enough" problem. If something is on your mind, we're here to listen. That said, Ears for Peers is a peer listening hotline and isn't equipped to respond to emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. The Tufts counselor on call (617-627-3360) and Tufts University Police (617-627-6911) are also available 24/7 to assist you in the event of a mental health emergency. We are happy to connect you with the counselor on call directly if you'd like.
